Glimt look really strong at the moment. They have a 100% record and came from behind to win last at RBK on Thursday. They seem full of life, energy, chances and goals. Basically, very little appears to have changed since last season. The fitness levels of the team appear to be a notch above most in this league. One thing I will say is that manager Kjetil Knudtsen has have the exact same XI for all three games so far, so perhaps some rotation is due? Even then though Bodø/Glimt have some good depth options in the squad. Bringing guys like Sammy Skytte, Victor Boniface or Marius Hoibraiten into the side wouldn’t be much of a downgrade.
Travelling here is a Sarpsborg side who are desperately struggling right now. The visitors have lost all of their matches and this hasn’t been the start that new manager Mikael Stahre wanted. His 3-4-3 system isn’t yielding results, although at least they managed to get on the scoreboard on Thursday night during the 2-3 loss to Godset. That was a better display and some would argue a draw would’ve been fairer. A missed penalty at 0-0 hardly helped their cause either. Based on what I’ve seen so far this season Bodø/Glimt will easily win so backing them -1 Asian Handicap makes a lot of sense. I also think over 3 goals is worth backing just due to the sheet frantic nature of their matches.
Recommended bet: Bodø/Glimt -1 (Asian) @1.98
Recommended bet: Over 3 goals @1.95
