Conclusion & Betting analysis

I would honestly have more faith in Ajaccio here if they didn’t draw so many games and score so few goals. They should have too much for Pau tonight, especially as the visitors look weakened defensively by 2-3 absences. However, I backed Ajaccio against Nancy a few weeks ago and it was a painful experience. They won 1-0 but it was a laboured display which could easily have ended a draw. If they hosts were a decent price on a -0.25 handicap I’d probably back them but ultimately a 0-0 or 1-1 draw is never far away from ACA. The visitors Pau aren’t a particularly good side and struggled recently, but the fixture list has been brutal. They have some pacey attackers who could cause problems on the counter attack and it wouldn’t shock me if they picked up a point out of this affair.
