Conclusion & Betting analysis

Local derby here which I think Lillestrøm will edge. They are actually unbeaten in 7 matches, although most of their wins have come at home. This is going to be Eirik Kjönö’s first home match in charge of Stabaek. He lost to Godset on Sunday but might easily have won had Sammy Skytte not missed a penalty with 15 mins to go. Stabaek were definitely improved in that match and looked like they had a gameplan on the break especially. In a local derby match anything can happen and it wouldn’t shock me if Stabaek managed to pick something up this evening. Lillestrøm can be backed around the 2.20 mark to win which feels a bit short. They are playing well but let’s not forget this is still a newly promoted team who at some stage are probably going to see their bubble burst. I don’t think it will be tonight but I see this as a no bet match. I think over 2.5 is more likely than under, but once again weird things can happen in derby games and if things tightened up it wouldn’t be a shock either.
